The benefits of the high quality of incoming inspection and 100% valve test, torque measurement, remark checking, etc. are the methods for Zipson to reduce the “Surprise” to ourselves and customers.

Zipson have 2 CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for precise control geometric dimension tolerance of concentricity, symmetry, and position.

Zipson keeps our inspection documents over 10 years for record and easy to trace. 

The CMM is convenient for Ziposn to control the Geometric tolerance of concentricity, symmetry, and position. Zipson owns Zeiss and Tesa CMMs for inspection.

Foundation

Founded in 1987, initially we are a foundry of sand and investment (lost wax process) casting. Later we upgraded our technologies and extended the produced process of machine and assembly provideng finished products to worldwide market especially in U.S.A. and Europe.

Our RD department shoulders the key role in this new orientation. To assist customers chose the right material and design the most suitable article to support out customers grow with Zipson. The long life-term products also help the world to save more energy in producing the products. In all Zipson’s valves, you can always find the repair kits for replacement even for the very first ver. valves sold in Year 1997.

Valves Department

In the beginning Zipson focused on 3-way and mulit-way balve.  Now Zipson is about to provide mulit-way valve up to 12" (DN300) and bring ASME Class 1500 (3600 psi) 3/4-way ball valves, 513T & 513F types into service..  Multiform & precise products were offered year by year. 

More and more valves were designed in recent years. Metal seated valves for high working temperature and particles contained media; the special alloy valves such as CW12MW (Hastelloy C), CN7M (Alloy 20), CK3MCuN (254 SMO), CE3MN (Super Duplex) and even the CX2MW (Hastelloy C-22) for pharmaceutical industries and ASTM G2 (Titanium) valves are available nowadays.

In automation of ball valve, ZIPSON offer the most suitable pneumatic & electric actuated valves. In larger size ball valve, ZIPSON offer our high performance 950G gear operated ball valve. In 2007, ZIPSON developed a whole new spring return handle ball valve (dead-man handle) to the market , this enlarge the use of

2-way ball valve with ISO direct mounting pad. Fire fighting components and pipes also play an important role in recent years, and expand our service to different markets.

Exclusive valves or industrial products were available for customer's special use.  Our professional designing department with well communication to customer will offer suitable products in very short time. Zipson foundry offer our valve department the casting parts, this will help the lead time to be more controllable.

Investment Casting Department

Zipson foundry is famous in the specialty filed for years, and become a strong supporter to all our valve customers. Now the foundry doesn't only offer the casting parts to Zipson valve department, but also other steel parts.  Zipson foundry offer normal steel material and special alloy, Year 2010, Zipson start to offer whole new Antimicrobial SS for castings with permanent antimicrobial function even after pressing and machining.
