Special Alloy Valves
ZIPSON offer not only common material such as CF8M, WCB, CF8, CF3M in ASME standard, or 1.4408, 1.4308, 1.0619 in DIN standard, or SCS14, SCS13, SCS16 in JIS standard. But also the special alloy ball valve for your particular application. Zipson offer the extraordinary material both in valve field and other investment casting parts according to your drawings & requirements.
Valve Field
In order to meet customers’ urgent purpose, Zipson try to offer these alloy valves with reasonable quantity. This will help our customers to solve their anxious problem right away. For the best service, even these valves are exclusive, the prices we offer are still very rational. The special alloy ball valve we offered most is 2-piece flanged ball valve, 3-piece ball valve, Top-entry ball valve the material can be Titanium (ASTM Grade 2), Hastelloy C, Hastelloy C-22, Monel, Alloy 20, A890 Gr. 4A (A182-F51/ 2205 Duplex), Super Duplex (A890 Gr. 5A), Inconel 625, 254 SMO both in valve field and casting parts.
Super Duplex ball valve (A890 Gr.5A) were very common for sea water application or desalination facility, mining industries (mining valves). CE3MN (Super Duplex 5A) valves also been used a lot in palm oil refinery. Hastelloy C276 often used in the media with Chloride or Chlorine. Duplex & Super Duplex valves are very popular in desalination plants.
CX2MW, the Hastelloy-C22 valves are popular used in pharmaceutical industries.
Casting parts
Zipson will offer the casting parts with these special alloy according to your drawings.
Low Ferrite Casting
For some phama equipments, ask Low Ferrite content (3% or 1%), Zipson will offer less then 1% castings and valves for these special pharmaceutical industries.
Test
Customers may require some test for the special material. Zipson will help to held the test in third party with required certificate to make sure all the alloies are totally with the standard. The test may have the followings,
- Corrosion Testing (ASTM G48) in 72 hours (or 24 hours as required) with 4*4cm to 10*10cm test plate.
- Micrographic Examination, offering 100 times & 500 times picture per test plate.
- PMI (Positive material identification). Zipson use advanced spectrum analysis system to test the exact composition of all crucible of steel compositions. In order to make sure all the investment casting parts will correspond with customers' requirements.

Hastelloy C valves |
The wonderful corrion resistance alloy. Hastelloy C 276 has excellent ability to resist strong oxidizers such as ferric and cupric chlorides, chlorine. Casting grade: CW12MW |

Hastelloy C-22 valves |
Hastelloy C-22 is very similar to Hastelloy C-276, some called New Hastelloy C. The casting grade of Hastelloy C-22 is CX2MW. This material was popular in pharmaceutical industries and in chemical processing, pollution control, waste water, etc. Hastelloy C-22 is better than C-276 when used in saturated wet Chlorine condition. |

Titanium valves |
Titanium (ASTM Grade 2) is light, and with excellent corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing to mildly reducing environment, including Chlorides. Ti has good impact properties at low temperature, it can be used at both cold and hot works. |

Alloy 59 valves |
Alloy 59 is one type of Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum alloy. It is noted for the resistance of wide range of corrosive media and environments, both for osidizing and reducing. Casting grade: CX2M |

Alloy 625 valves |
Alloy 625 is one of Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum alloy. It is with high strength and excellent wide range of corrosive resistance, especially to pitting and crevice corrosion. Casting grade: CW6MC |

Monel valves |
The nickel content alloy with high strength with excellent corrosion resistance for media including sea water, sulfuric acid, alkali media. Casting grade: M35-1 |

Alloy 20 valves |
Alloy 20 used in aerospace cryogenic fuel tanks with low density and exhibits high strength, high elasticity, and high fatigue durability. Casting grade: CN7M |

254 SMO valves |
254 SMO (1.4547/ UNS S31254/ A182 F44), Casting Grade CK3MCuN is deslgned to resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. And offers Chloride resistance superior to that of Alloy 904L, Alloy 20, Alloy 825 |
