How to order the 3-A Sanitary Standard Valves

The cerfified items are 302S, 3-pc sanitary and 620A, multi-way sanitary ball valves. These 2 items with 3-A standard design are for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. The materials can be CF8M (SS316), CF3M (SS316L), AL6XN, CX2MW (Hastelloy C-22) for options. Just order the item, material, and state the valves are 3-A requested, Zipson will provide the valves with 3-A Sanitary designed.

Various end connection types

Zipson provide various end type for sanitary valves, it can be Tri-Clamp, Tube, Extended Tube, SMS 3008, DIN 32676.

Low Ferrite content valve

For some pharmaceutical equipments, the valve ask Low Ferrite content, less than 3% or 1%. Zipson can provide the valve casting with Low Ferrite content less than 1% for these pharma industries.
