Co/ Ni Base Ball Design

The key components of the metal seated valve is ball and seat, we use different materials to fit customers’ different working condition. The basic process is Co ball or basic ball material with HVOF process Ni/ Co/ Tungsten Carbide/ Chrome Carbide coating.  Special Alloy metal seated valve are available in Zipson, especially for mining industries.

Class V Leakage & Bi-Directional Design

The Zipson patent unique split seat design is perfect to seal the leakage from & over the seat area to make Zipson's metal seated valves meet at least Class V leakage class.

305D metal seated type is bi-directional design to simplify the plumbing works. The Inconel 750 spring provide great support behind the seat to seal & reduce the valve torque.
